Our High Performance Clinics Weekends were a new addition in 2020 and will be continued in 2024. These weekends combine both on and off-ice training and teaching in an intense, competitive setting. On ice training consists of up-tempo drills, positions specific work, and small area games that emphasize hockey sense and the application of skills in team and game settings. Off the ice we use video to illustrate and explain the concepts further fostering the development of hockey sense. Throughout the weekend, our coaches maintain a very approachable presence to allow players and parents opportunity to ask questions.

These are intense weekends with multiple on and off ice sessions. Players are highly encouraged to arrive in shape in order to maximize the experience. These clinics are for players at the 14U level and up. We are excited to be adding another group session this year to include more ages! Space is extremely limited.
