Five Hole Hockey, L.L.C. is committed to providing players with outstanding opportunities to showcase and/or develop their skills. In order to provide high quality camps we must adhere to the following policies and guidelines. We will go to great lengths to honor our committments, we expect players, parents, and coaches to honor theirs. Together we can all be successful!
1) Our annual Junior Prospects Camp is primarily by invitation only. That said, we cannot possibly sout all of the talented players that our out there. If you are interested in attending, please complete the player bio form found on the site and email it to us. We will review it and respond to you.
2) Space in all of our camps is limited. Spots are reserved on first come, first served basis for fully registered participants.
3) Five Hole Hockey reserves the right to refuse acceptance to or expel any player for any reason at any camp. Any expelled participants forfeit all camp fees paid.
4) Refunds: 50% of all camp fees paid are non-refundable. Any cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to the start of the camp in order to receive a partial refund. Any cancellations received less than 60 days prior to any camp will only receive a refund if the spot in camp is filled with a player of similar ability. All refunds will be processed after the camp is complete.
5) Ice hockey is a contact sport and injury is an inherent risk of participation for players, coaches, & spectators. We will not issue refunds for injuries.
6) Five Hole Hockey essentially abides by USA Hockey Rules & Regulations at our camps. At our annual Junior Prospects Camp, players OVER the age of 18 can wear a visor. All players under the age of 18 and all players at any other Five Hole Hockey camp MUST wear a USA Hockey/HECC certified helmet with full face protection. We strongly urge ALL PLAYERS to wear a mouthguard while on the ice.
7) Any players participating as shooters at any event must wear (at a minimum) shin pads, elbow pads, gloves, & helmet.
8) All credit card payments are subject to a $6 per transaction processing fee. A $20 processing fee will be charged for all returned checks.
9) Any payments made at camp check in must be in the form of cash or a money order payable to Five Hole Hockey.
10) Five Hole Hockey will strive to accomodate any special needs at our camps provided we are made aware of such needs at least 14 days prior to the start of camp. Unfortunately, last minute changes cannot be accomodated.
11) At our camps that conclude with an All-Star Game: the All-Star game participants will be chosen based on the input of our staff and the coaches/scouts in attendance. All-Star rosters will be posted as soon as possible following the last regular game in the camp. Rosters WILL NOT be posted early in order to give all participants equal consideration for the game.
